The problem
Most Web3 onboarding is hostile to non-crypto users — wallet jargon, network switches, gas fees, and disconnected tooling. chainfuelz needed a single platform where a brand could launch a wallet, an AI-assisted domain, and a token economy without writing a line of code, and where their end-users wouldn't need to know what 'gas' meant.
The approach
I architected the frontend as a multi-dashboard system with shared primitives — one for brand operators, one for end users, one for admins — backed by a Next.js API layer talking to MongoDB and on-chain through Thirdweb. AI features (domain suggestions, content drafts, search) were built on OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude with streaming and function calling, plus automations for onboarding and content workflows. Wallet flows were designed to hide complexity by default but expose it on request.
The outcome
Live product with real customer traction, branded wallets shipped for multiple partners, and an AI tooling layer that became a key differentiator in the platform's positioning. The codebase scaled past its original architecture cleanly because the boundary between dashboards stayed disciplined.
